【岗位职责】
1.在合理的成本下，准确准时制定合理的物料计划并组织实施。统计并掌握各物料料况，随时提供给各个部门调用
2.进行销售分析及改善，提高效率；进行物料分析及改善，提高物料周转率。随时掌控仓库现有库存。
3.定期对物料变动状况进行统计总结，制定物流计划，管制各物料库存。进行库存结构、库存量的策划与实施，减少呆料，提高生产支持能力
4.根据年、季、月、周销售（订单）制定年、季、月、周采购计划及物料需求申请表，进行安排及下达采购指令，并进行采购跟踪管理。
5.提出各种分析报告，反馈统计信息。物控管理。物料需求计划的制定与监督执行。针对销售订单或生产进行物料使用状况统计和分析，为成本控制提供数据。
6.对物料消耗和损耗定期统计，进行耗费考核，针对生产中的浪费现象有权采取合理措施
7.公司所有物料采购请购的预审。做好产能规划平衡淡旺季，以保证均衡销售，分析、报告销售计划的执行结果，不断提高销售计划的合理性和准确性
8.完成上级交办的其他工作。
【任职要求】
1.大专以上学历，3年以上PMC工作经验；
2.熟悉组装生产工艺，熟知PMC工作流程并了解相关部门工作流程；善于处理异常，协调能力强；
3.有良好数据敏感性，熟悉ERP运作工作细致、严谨；
4.具有较强的判断和决策能力、人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力；
5.具有良好目标意识和结果交付的能力，较强的工作热情和责任感。
