工作职责:
1 Familiar with electronic product failure analysis devices, e.g. optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) energy dispersive x-ray spectroscope (EDX), FTIR, X-ray inspection, CT scan, cross-section, dye pry.
熟悉电子产品失效分析设备，如光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线检测、CT扫描、切片分析、染色翘起等；
2 Knowledge experience in electronic product failure analysis.
具备电子产品失效分析的知识与经验；
3. Skilled in using professional equipment such as image quality analyzers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, X-Ray detectors, metallographic microscopes thermal imagers, master common failure analysis methods (such as appearance inspection, circuit troubleshooting, optical performance testing, reliability verification, section analysis, etc.);
熟练使用图像质量分析仪、示波器、频谱分析仪、X射线探测器、金相显微镜、热像仪等专业设备，并掌握常见的失效分析方法（如外观检查、电路故障排查、光学性能测试、可靠性验证、切片分析等）；
4. Strong logical analysis ability, hands-on operation ability problem-solving ability, able to independently complete the analysis closed-loop of complex camera failure problems (such as batch imaging abnormalities, occasional functional faults, etc.);
具备较强的逻辑分析能力、动手操作能力及问题解决能力，能独立完成复杂摄像头故障问题（如批量成像异常、偶发性功能故障等）的分析与闭环处理；
5. Good communication coordination skills, team spirit sense of responsibility, able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the consumer electronics industry work under certain pressure;

6 Prepare FA report with recommendations.
编写包含改进建议的失效分析报告；
7 Required to work regularly with REL engineer, manufacturing processes, customer suppliers.
需定期与可靠性工程师、制造工艺部门、客户及供应商协同工作；
8 Collaborate with cross-functional teams
与跨职能团队保持协作
任职资格:
1、Bachelors degree above, majin Electronic Information Engineering, Microelectronics, Optical Engineering, Mechatronics related fields
本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、微电子学、光学工程、机电一体化及相关专业；
2、Cet-4 above, able to write reports communicate in English
大学英语四级或同等水平以上，具备英文报告撰写与沟通能力；
3、MicroSofts, Minitab
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件及Minitab统计分析软件；
4、3+ years of FA engineer working experiences fcamera
具备3年以上摄像头失效分析工程师相关工作经验。
