工作职责:
1 Familiar with wireless communication, electronic circuit other related knowledge.
熟悉无线通信、电子电路等相关知识
2 Familiar with RF testing instruments (vectnetwork analyzer, spectrum analyzer, CMW500 comprehensive analyzer, etc.)
熟悉射频测试仪器（矢量网络分析仪、频谱分析仪、CMW500综合测试仪等）；
3 Knowledge experience in electronic product failure analysis.
具备电子产品故障分析的知识与经验
4. Strong ability in problem positioning, logical analysis hands-on operation, able to independently complete the analysis solution of complex RF failure problems;
具备较强的问题定位、逻辑分析和动手操作能力，能独立完成复杂射频故障问题的分析与解决
5. Good communication coordination skills, team spirit sense of responsibility, able to work under certain pressure;
良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及责任心，能在一定压力下工作；
6. Experience in RF failure analysis in consumer electronics, communication equipment, semiconductors other industries is preferred, those with relevant professional skill certificates are preferred.
具备消费电子、通信设备、半导体等行业射频故障分析经验者优先，持相关专业技能证书者优先；
7 Prepare FA report with recommendations.
编写包含改进建议的故障分析报告
8 Required to work regularly with REL engineer, manufacturing processes, customer suppliers.
需定期与可靠性工程师、制造工艺部门、客户及供应商协同工作；
9 Collaborate with cross-functional teams
与跨职能团队保持协作
任职资格:
1、Bachelors degree above, majin Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Microelectronics, RF Engineering related fields
本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、通信工程、微电子学、射频工程及相关专业
2、Cet-4 above, able to write reports communicate in English
大学英语四级以上水平，具备英文报告撰写及沟通能力
3、MicroSofts, Minitab
熟练使用MicroSoft Office办公软件及Minitab统计分析软件
4、3+ years working experience in RF FA
具备3年以上射频故障分析工作经验
