工作职责工作职责/Responsibilities:1.负责智能眼镜和普通眼镜新产品的导入，包括品控文件制作和报告审核。-Leadnewproductintroduction(NPI)forsmartglassesandstandardeyewear,includingQCdocumentationpreparationandreportreview.2.收集分析新产品不良问题，提出解决方案，并发布质量报告。-Collectandanalyzedefectsinnewproducts,proposecorrectiveactions,andissuequalityreports.3.与技术、计划、生产等部门开会讨论开发过程中的问题，并提出建议。-AttendmeetingswithR&D,planning,andproductionteamstoaddressdevelopmentissuesandproviderecommendations.4.推动相关部门解决开发中的问题，验证并关闭问题项。-Drivecross-departmentalsolutionsfordevelopmentchallenges,verifyimplementations,andcloseissues.任职资格详细要求/Requirements:1.具备六西格玛质量管理经验，能熟练使用Minitab进行数据分析。-ExperienceinSixSigmaqualitymanagement,proficientinusingMinitabfordataanalysis.2.有品质工程师工作经验，能运用PDCA和5W1H方法深入分析问题根本原因并提出改善对策。-PriorexperienceasaQualityEngineer,skilledinrootcauseanalysisusingPDCAand5W1Hmethodologiestoproposeeffectivecountermeasures.3.良好的沟通能力，会制作8D报告，并与其他部门及上下游品质窗口协作。-Strongcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytocreate8Dreportsandcollaboratewithcross-functionalteamsandqualitystakeholders.4.熟悉注塑模具设计及成型工艺，能准确分析产品和模具不良问题并提供改善方案。-Knowledgeableininjectionmolddesignandmoldingprocesses,capableofaccuratelyanalyzingproduct/molddefectsandprovidingimprovementsolutions.5.英语读写流利，能用英语收发邮件及撰写文件、报告。-FluentinwrittenandspokenEnglishforemails,documentation,andreporting.
