岗位职责：
作为记忆系统云平台的质量守护者，你将负责标准化记忆系统的共通需求测试。你的核心使命是确保系统能够以“*低成本”实现信息的“无损抽取”，并在多模态文档解析与 Agent 复杂交互场景下保持极致的稳定性。
1，大模型记忆质量评估：构建针对 Profile、事实记忆（Episodic）及行为历史（Procedure）抽取的评估模型，量化“信息无损率”与“记忆一致性”。
2，多模态解析测试：设计针对视频、邮件（Outlook）、即时通讯（WhatsApp/Slack）等多种非结构化数据源的解析基准测试，验证信息的完整性。
3，工程稳定性与性能保障：负责记忆系统并发写入和使用时的稳定性测试，确保系统在大规模离线灌入时的抗压能力。
4，算法幻觉与逻辑验证：专项负责去除记忆幻觉的回归测试，特别是多人场景下“参与”与“旁观”逻辑差异的准确性验证。
5，自动化工具开发：开发原子接口的自动化测试套件，支持 Operat的定制化验证。

任职要求：
技术背景：本科及以上学历，3 年以上测试开发经验，精通 Python（核心开发语言）及 Go 或 TypeScript（SDK 语言）。
算法或LLM测试经验：熟悉大模型主流评估框架，理解算法指标，且能针对AI系统设计测试方案
数据库与架构感知：熟悉向量数据库、关系型数据库及分布式系统架构；参与过Rag、记忆系统或大模型 Agent 框架的测试或开发。
多模态能力：有处理视频、图像、邮件等多模态数据测试经验者优先。
云平台和数据：有云平台计费系统或大规模异构数据处理系统的质量保障经验。
