岗位职责：
- 负责公司大模型相关算法的设计和开发，特别是语言模型架构改进及参数化长期记忆模型实现，并参与构建业界领先的长期记忆系统；
- 负责设计和构建Agent框架，参与打造包括但不限于Data intelligence Agent 、Agentic RAG系统，提升应用利用超长上下文及工具使用的能力；
- 跟踪*前沿的AI技术，特别是LLM模型微调和强化学习改进，与其他技术团队成员紧密协作，推动先进AI技术*佳实践在公司业务中的应用；

任职要求：
1，计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2，熟悉模型架构设计，熟悉预训练、SFT、强化学习方法，4年以上模型研发经验，具有独立设计模型能力，在大语言模型或强化学习领域有深入经验；
3，有较强的工程实现能力，能从容应对算法实现过程中的调试、性能优化等问题，熟悉深度学习训练框架和脚手架；
4，具有良好的团队合作与沟通能力，积极主动，有较强的分析与解决问题的能力；
5，优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握 Python 语言；
6，优秀的学习能力，能够流畅阅读英文文档，快速学习和应用新技术；

具有以下条件者优先考虑：
7，在模型设计领域，主导过重要的项目或论文者优先；
8，在Agent、长期记忆、线性/稀疏模型设计、RAG领域有深入经验者优先；
9，有大规模分布式计算、大模型优化经验者优先；
