职位职责

作为项目技术负责人，参与新 RFQ、新项目及 VA/VE 方向的产品开发策略制定。
解读客户输入（图纸、规格、CSR 等），并转化为内部技术文件（可行性分析、DFM、图纸、BOM、规格等）。
根据客户需求编制产品要求，包括功能、机械/电气参数及认证要求。
创建并发布 3D/2D 产品设计，遵循公司设计流程与规范。
参与设计评审、DFM，定义产品细节。
编制并审核 DFMEA，确保设计质量与成本。
创建/审核 BOM，选择并验证新材料。
制定并确认产品测试计划及报告，确保符合规格。
支持创新团队进行新材料/技术验证。
参与内部及客户项目会议，提供设计方案及技术反馈。
与供应商沟通组件规格，审核报价，确保符合要求。
确保设计文档（评审记录、质量清单、测试报告等）完整更新。
完成管理层分配的其他相关工作。
任职要求

学历：

必须：电气工程或软件工程本科
优先：硕士学历
工作经验：

必须：5 年电气产品设计经验
优先：UI 产品开发经验（触控面板、电容开关）或 HMI 产品开发经验
技能：

必须：
具备电气/机械问题分析及根因解决能力
良好的书面及口头沟通能力
熟练使用 AutoCAD、ProE 或 NX 进行 2D/3D 设计
熟悉 Altium 进行 FPCA 设计
英语读写能力
优先：
熟悉薄膜、塑料及模具设计
具备电容开关或触控面板电气及软件开发经验
