CONTACTS:
Internal outside vendors occasionally customers regarding technical issues. This may include discussion of different materials equipment that may potentially be used in the manufacturing technology. Internal contacts would include engineers at any level management up to the directlevel. Information being exchanged would be any topic associated with processes; tool equipment. the DPE engineer is responsible fincluding process development. Interface with customers will generally be with supplier quality engineers development engineers the topic of discussion would be aspects of part quality that are controlled/affected by their processes.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Develop MFG strategy roadmap fnew project
Develop process flow fnew project
Review Component DFM Assembly process DFM with team
Summarize BOM cost including Labcost Tooling Investment cost
Risk identifications Mitigation
Ability to perform engineering analyses & drive to root cause of processing problems

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible I/O solution Enterprise solution product NPI direct manufacturing strategy.
2 Develop process flow fnew project.
3 Work with team to complete DFM analysis MFG roadmap, as DPE to product manufacturing strategies.
4 Join customer specification review fspecial project.
5 Provide draft process instruction to support sample making when needed
6 Complete BOM cost & Tooling investment
7 Optimize process MFG strategy
8 Make vs Buy analysis fcomponents F/G level
9 Finalize BOM cost tooling investment DFM
10 Risk identification & Mitigation
11 Finalize MFG strategy BOM Cost Tooling investment coordinate ftooling fabrication
12 New process technology experiment verification
13 Focus on key process debug trouble shooting to make sure project launch
14 Cooperate with team on PFMEA document development

SCOPE:
Work independently to improve optimize assigned processes & Engineering capability. Also expected to work independently in the development of new processes/Technology majchanges to existing processes. Work closed with design center to launch new product & new technology;

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimun 6 Years work experience process design in electronics industry;3 years experience in cable assembly industry;
