8. 熟悉常用设计模式，能独立完成核心/重要模块的设计、编码、单元测试；
9. 具有良好的沟通与表达能力、思路清晰，较强的学习能力和分析问题的能力；
10. 具备较强的抗压能力及团队协作能力。
