3.技能技巧：
①熟悉供应商开发流程；
②熟悉供应商绩效管理流程；
③熟悉供应商风险管理；
④具备良好沟通能力、组织协调能力和团队合作意识；；
⑤具备良好的文字表达能力，能编制项目推进计划、工作报告、工作总结等；
⑥具有IATF16949或ISO9000内审员资格；
⑦具备良好的计算机应用能力，熟悉使用各类办公软件。
