5. 主导减少设备故障的长效改善方案制定，推动设备稳定性和可靠性的系统性提升。
6. 推动设备管理体系的建立与优化，包括预防性维护计划、备件管理及设备档案建设。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程及自动化相关专业。
2. 5年以上设备维护或设备导入经验，有FPC或电子制造行业经验者优先。
3. 精通设备工作原理、设备结构及电气/机械元件的应用。
4. 熟练使用办公软件及CAD等绘图软件，具备独立分析及优化设备的能力。
5. 能够熟练读懂机械图纸和电气回路图，具备图纸审核及优化建议能力。
6. 具备优秀的分析解决问题能力、项目管理能力及跨部门沟通协调能力。
7. 具备良好的团队管理能力及技术指导经验。
