What this job involves:
Objective:
JLL Team is seeking a Team Leader – JBS Dalian Team to lead a team of Analysts/SeniAnalysts.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Responsible fprimary allocation of team members monitthe workflow.
-Ability to support the team on execution augment their research capabilities.
-Underststakeholder use cases;understtheir research problems proactively suggest solutions.
-Provide required supports to Research team fcommercial real estate research;including data upload;data clean-up;data analysis;report edits;etc.
-Project management activities from planning;scoping;oversight on execution;delivery;cascading feedback to the team
-Ensure teams adherence to expected turnaround time accuracy of activities undertaken
-Lead the team to fulfil stakeholder expectations on projects;focusing on quality;timelines
-Lead calls to discuss process updates with internal/external stakeholders
-Audit perform quality review fteam members
-Ensure strict adherence to the agreed procedures process flows
-Coordinate with Research department team leadership on data quality sprints to increase completeness quality of the data
-Participate in ad hoc projects as when required
-Identify training needs;analyse results of training courses redesign courses as per the requirement
-Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to understtheir aspirations;deliver feedback enhance collaboration between team stakeholders;drive the team to deliver value impactful analysis using their research capabilities.
-Adhere to agreed Key Peformance Indicators;Key Responsibility Areas;Service Level Agreements customer service standards
-Responsible fteam’s performance feedback
-Monitoring regularly reporting on project progress
-Monitoring regularly reporting on project progress transition updates during the ramp up phase.
-Support the global team in ramping up of operations including hiring liaising between stakeholders TA team.
-Ability to bringganization strategy action translating strategic ideas actionable steps.

To Apply you need to have:
-A bachelor’s degree (B.A.;BBA;B. Com) with minimum 6-8 year’s work experience required in the corporate environment
-Minimum 1-2 years’ experience needed on people management level
-Ability to handle 2-6 team members
-Strong attention to detail goodganizational;interpersonal people management skills required
-Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools;including Excel;e.g. pivot tables;complex formulas
-Excellent written verbal communication skills the ability to develop manage stakeholder relationships (internal external) remotely
-Experience with ArcGIS;Tableau;PowerBI;Python is preferred
-The ability to work under pressure prioritise work assigned adhere to tight deadlines
-Professional background in the commercial real estate sect(including office;retail;logistics;etc) is prefered;with a focus on research;valuation consulting functions.
