岗位职责:
1、独立负责核心交易系统后端模块的设计、开发与性能优化，保障系统在高并发、低延迟场景下的高可用性、稳定性与数据一致性；
2、主导或深度参与需求分析、技术方案设计与评审，针对交易场景中的复杂技术难点提出创新性解决方案，持续迭代系统性能；
3、负责系统线上问题排查、故障应急处理，制定常态化运维与监控策略，建立风险预案，确保业务连续稳定运行；
4、配合产品、测试及运维团队完成跨部门协作，主导技术对接与落地，保障项目按计划交付。
任职要求:
1、硕士研究生学历，计算机相关专业；
2、熟悉C++和Golang编程语言，具备规范的编码习惯、良好的逻辑思维与复杂问题解决能力；
3、熟悉Linux操作系统下的开发、调试与性能优化技巧，深入理解网络编程、多线程、同步异步机制等技术，对分布式系统设计与一致性协议有扎实认知；
4、熟练掌握容器化技术（Docker、K8s），具备容器化部署、编排、运维及问题排查经验；
5、工作责任心强，吃苦耐劳，工作认真、细致，能承受较大工作压力和强度，具备良好的沟通能力与协调能力；
6、熟悉证券业务规则和流程，有股基债、股票期权、融资融券业务开发经验者优先；
7、符合《证券基金经营机构董事、监事、高级管理人员及从业人员监督管理办法》等监管办法规定的执业条件；
