1.根据券商产品业务方向、产品定位进行ui图形界面设计

2.参与券商业务线上的界面设计讨论，进行规范制定和组件设计，知识沉淀

3.其他设计内容还包括海报、插画等

4.至少实习三个月以上

任职要求：

1. 学历211、985或重点美院，视觉设计等相关专业，本科以上学历，视觉传达、工业设计、动画或绘画等相关专业

2.具备良好的审美能力及扎实的美术功底，具有较强的插画能力与优秀的视觉表现力，熟悉Sketch、AI、Ps等软件，手绘能力强或有3D表现特长者有加分

3.热爱互联网，有敏锐的洞察力，同理心强、关注细节

4.具有良好的个人品质，积极乐观，认真负责，具有良好的口头和书面表达能力，沟通协作能力，工作有激情，有责任心，能承受较大工作压力
