岗位职责
1. 统筹公司人力资源全模块工作，结合临床试验业务规划人力编制、管控人力成本，搭建适配CRO，SMO/临床行业的人力资源制度与SOP，满足GCP审计合规要求。
2. 负责CRC、CRA、临床项目管理，搭建多元化招聘渠道，保障各临床项目人员供给，优化招聘效率与人才留存。
3. 搭建薪酬绩效、晋升激励体系，落地驻外津贴、项目绩效等行业特色薪酬方案，组织全员绩效考核、绩效面谈与改进跟踪。
4. 搭建分层培训体系，统筹新人GCP合规培训、岗位实操培训及人才梯队建设，完善带教机制，管理员工资质档案。
5. 负责员工全周期劳动关系管理，处理劳动合同、异动、离职、劳动纠纷，定期开展离职访谈，分析流失原因并制定留存方案。
6. 输出人力数据报表，协同临床、质控、财务等部门解决人员调配、驻院人员管理等跨部门事宜。
任职要求
1. 3年及以上医药CRO/SMO行业人力资源全盘管理经验，熟悉CRC、CRA一线岗位用工特点与GCP人事合规要求；
2. 精通招聘、薪酬绩效、员工关系、培训全模块，有团队管理经验；
3. 熟悉异地驻场、外派人员管理，了解临床试验项目人力调配逻辑；
4. 具备良好的数据敏感度、沟通协调能力与风险管控意识，能独立搭建人力体系、应对审计核查。
