2、对侵犯公司合法权益的行为进行维权；
3、为公司重大项目及产品合规性设置提供专业的法律意见及解决方案，并协助业务进行重大项目谈判；
4、为公司业务提供日常法律咨询，防范和控制法律风险；
5、办理公司相关资质、证书及政府相关审批手续；
6、结合公司业务需求，就相关法律问题进行研究并提供解决方案；
职位要求
1、诚实、正直、有责任心；吃苦耐劳；执行和抗压能力强；对网络游戏、网络直播行业法律工作有浓厚兴趣；
2、具备扎实的法学理论功底、较强的逻辑思维能力、良好的沟通表达及组织协调能力；
3、全日制统招硕士及以上法学专业学历（特别优秀者可放宽至本科学历）；
4、5年以上法律工作经验；
5、具有较强的法律英语能力，听说读写无障碍，能将英语作为工作语言；
6、有英美教育背景、执业资格者优先。
7、熟悉电脑、日常办公软件及互联网操作，如有网络游戏、网络直播、影视、社交平台或其他互联网相关法律工作经验者优先考虑。
