7、收集和整理项目运营相关的数据和文档，确保项目文件的准确、完整；
8、400线上客服电话接听，线上运营群的相关部分运营支撑工作；
9、知识库的整理与总结：对于提出的问题做积累与总结，定期梳理更新知识库；
10、定期给客户相关人员培训系统操作和流程；
11、定期汇总运营、运维数据并向项目经理汇报相关工作；
12、落实甲方领导安排的其他相关工作内容；
技能要求:
1、本科及以上学历，2年以上软件项目相关工作经验；
2、优秀的口头表达能力，良好的沟通能力和责任心；
3、具有良好的文档写作能力，熟练使用word、Excel、PowerPoint；
4、强烈的上进心、责任心，工作认真负责，能够抗住客户现场压力；
5、有测试、系统运维、容器化部署经验、熟悉k8体系者优先；
