1、法规合规：深耕国内外药物警戒（PV）相关法规标准（含 NMPA、FDA、EMA 等），将合规要求深度融入项目全生命周期，主导建立PV 合规体系
2、跨国沟通：以熟练专业的英文作为工作语言，主导或参与全球跨国 PV 项目会议，精准听懂多语种背景下的会议核心议题、技术讨论及决策部署，高效完成英文会议纪要编制、关键信息同步与跟踪；
3、项目整合：发挥项目经理统筹能力，明确各方职责与时间节点，按计划推动 PV 相关工作
4、项目推进与落地：全程跟踪项目进度，确保项目从前期筹备、跨国协作执行到国内落地实施；针对国内落地阶段的要求，优化 PV 流程适配国内法规与实操场景，保障项目在国内的持续合规运行。
任职资格：
1、学历要求：硕士以上学历：药学、临床药学、医学、公共卫生、生物医学等相关专业背景优先；
2、工作经验：具备5 年以上药物警戒（PV）相关工作经验，其中至少 2 年以上 PV 项目管理经验，有跨国 PV 项目落地国内实施相关经验者优先；
3、合规能力：精通 NMPA、FDA、EMA 等国内外 PV 核心法规，熟悉 PV 工作全流程
4、语言能力：英文听说读写能力精通，能熟练作为工作语言开展跨国会议沟通、确保跨国协作及并购相关沟通无障碍；
5、项目管理能力：具备优秀的资源整合、多方协调及问题解决能力，使并购相关 PV 工作高效落地；
6、其他要求：具备较强的责任心、抗压能力及逻辑思维
