5、建立并维护供应商台账，并做好供应商的统计分析报表；
6、负责对原有供应商管理和提升，并根据需求开发新的供应商；
7、对采购物资进行成本分析，并与供应商进行有效谈判，以降低采购成本，负责年度降价的洽谈；
8、当所购产品出现质量问题时，要及时与公司职能部门进行沟通、协调，并以书面形式通知供应商并妥善解决；
9、按质量体系要求对供应商资料建档，并更新维护；
10、完成领导临时安排的其他工作；

1、有较强的成本意识和大局观念，良好的沟通、谈判能力；
2、具备开发、管理供应商的能力；
3、具备采购专业技术能力，熟悉产品的加工工艺，了解产品的验收标准，具有成本分析能力等；
4、具有高度的敬业精神；
