工作内容：
1.负责针对自研ASIC芯片，设计并搭建基于FPGA的外围测试验证平台。
2.完成多芯片互联微系统的硬件集成、逻辑设计与系统级联合调试。
3.编写测试用例、自动化脚本及调试工具，完成芯片功能、性能及可靠性的测试与分析。
4.协同硬件、软件及算法团队，定位并解决系统级问题，输出测试报告与优化建议。
5.参与测试系统的持续迭代与文档维护，支持芯片量产前的验证与交付。

技术栈要求：
1.熟悉数字电路设计，熟练掌握FPGA开发流程。
2.精通至少一种主流PCB设计工具（如Altium Designer、Cadence Allegro）。拥有完整的基于FPGA或高性能单片机的PCB设计经验：包括元件选型、原理图设计、多层板PCB布局布线、Gerber输出与生产跟进。
3.精通Verilog/VHDL硬件描述语言，具有FPGA逻辑设计、仿真、综合、布局布线及调试经验。熟悉Xilinx/Intel FPGA开发工具链。
4.熟悉常用芯片互联协议，如AXI、AHB、APB、I2C、SPI、UART等。具备多芯片系统集成经验，理解互联架构与通信机制。熟悉嵌入式系统（如ARM Cortex系列）及相关调试工具（JTAG、示波器、逻辑分析仪等）。
5.具备良好的文档习惯、沟通能力和团队协作精神。具备英文技术资料阅读能力，有较强的自主学习与问题攻关能力。
6.熟悉图像传感器ASIC，RRAM ASIC，高算力端侧ASIC，异构计算、多芯片互连（如Die-to-Die互联），并在相关方向有完整项目经历者优先。
