开发协同与落地：与前端开发工程师高效协作，提供设计标注、切图等资源，并跟进设计效果的*终实现，确保设计稿的高度还原。
任职要求：
必要条件：
专业与经验：设计相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有2年以上互联网或软件行业UI设计经验，并附有个人作品集。
软件技能：精通 Figma、Sketch、Adobe Photoshop、Illustrat等主流设计软件。
设计能力：具备出色的审美能力和扎实的美术功底，对色彩、布局、字体有敏锐的洞察力和设计能力。
规范理解：熟悉iOS、Android等平台的设计规范与特性。
协作与沟通：具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通表达能力和责任心，能清晰阐述设计思路。
作品集：投递简历时必须提供个人作品集链接。
优先考虑条件：
具备一定的交互设计能力，能使用Axure、Principle等工具制作交互原型。
了解前端基础知识（如HTML/CSS），能与开发人员顺畅沟通。
有电力信息化项目UI经验优先。
