核心岗位职责
1、统筹搭建公司及子公司 GxP 数据完整性体系（CSC、CSQ 等），牵头起草 GxP IT 与数据管理模块 SMP、SOP 等体系文件，主导计算机化系统硬件 / 软件分级评估、风险等级评估，制定系统权限清单、密码清单，监督体系全流程落地执行；
2、统筹跨部门协作，为新药开发、药品生产提供 GxP 数据完整性及 CSV 验证整体服务，协调各部门衔接，解决 GxP IT 与 CSV 核心问题，识别风险并推动整改措施落地；
3、牵头 CSV 验证项目全流程管理，制定项目计划，监督各部门项目执行进度与质量，确保验证项目及时、合规、准确落地；主导系统供应商管理，牵头风险评估工具应用，开展流程梳理，统筹处理验证项目偏差调查、变更管理等异常，审核输出各类验证文件；
统筹计算机化系统验证管理文件体系的完善与维护，审核项目验证文件及运维阶段 SOP、管理规程等资料；
4、牵头各类质量审计工作，主导计算机化系统方向内部自检，协助外审、药政现场检查迎审工作，统筹整改计划制定、CAPA 推进、偏差调查、风险评估及质量回顾，保障合规达标；
5、搭建公司 CSV 培训体系，牵头关键用户系统功能培训，统筹终端用户培训落地与效果跟踪，提升公司质量领域整体数据完整性能力。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，制药、计算机相关专业；
2、8年以上制药企业计算机化系统验证经验，3 年以上 CSV 相关管理经验；具备制药企业质量工作背景，有 FDA 或 GMP 认证迎审经验者优先；
3、精通制药生产知识、GMP 法规，对计算机化系统有深度认知，具备 QC 分析仪器系统、生产过程控制系统、QMS、LIMS 等系统的统筹管理与维护经验；
4、具备极强的统筹协调、团队管理能力，能独立推动跨部门项目落地，擅长风险识别与问题解决；
5、具备良好的英语读写能力，能读懂英文法规及系统相关资料。
