1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、工业工程或相关专业，具备消费电子行业背景优先；
2、五年以上计划管理经验，其中至少两年担任高级经理职位，熟悉S&OP运作模式；
3、精通ERP系统操作，熟练掌握Excel数据分析工具，具备优秀的逻辑分析与建模能力；
4、具备极强的抗压能力与跨部门沟通协调能力，能适应快节奏变化及出差安排；
5、持有PMP或CSCP等专业认证者优先，拥有优秀的职业操守及团队领导力。
