岗位职责：
1.负责公司FA/MPO相关产品的项目技术评估，具备较强的沟通能力，能与客户沟通样品评估中的问题点；
2.负责公司FA/MPO相关产品工艺路线制定，跟踪样品试制进度，解决样品试制中遇到的各种技术问题；
3.样品验证通过后，编制相应的SOP及规范文件，并对员工进行培训；
4.有很强的文档编写能力，需要及时编写相应的验证计划及报告以及相应项目的存档性文件；
5.原材料的认证与筛选；
6、部门主管安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、本科学历，光学工程、通信工程、光信息科学相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验者学历可放宽至大专学历；
2. 熟练使用Word,Excel,AutoCAD, Solidworks等办公软件；
3.具有3年及以上FA及MPO产品相关工作经验，掌握FA/MPO产品生产工艺，具有FA/MPO开发的项目经验优先；
4.具有耐高温FA、无盖板FA、90°FA、2DFA、保偏FA等特殊FA的设计开发项目经验者优先。
