Own tax compliance, transfer pricing coordination, customs affairs, treasury operations to support business growth. This role is expected to drive step-change improvements in compliance processes, risk visibility, operational efficiency through simplification, digitalization, AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead routine tax filings provide tax advisory support; maintain communication with tax authorities
Review annual CIT filings (2 legal entities) coordinate TP documentation with affiliate/external firms
Monitprofitability in line with corporate TP policy; prepare forecasts semi-annual profitability analyses
Coordinate tax/customs audits, assess exposure, drive corrective actions
Oversee treasury operations; manage relationships with PBOC/commercial banks; support financing plans SAFE compliance
Manage import/export customs clearance bonded operations; handle exceptions inspections as needed
Evaluate manage logistics service providers; maintain customs documentation deliver compliance training
Monitor, apply for, track government incentives; fulfill HSE/work safety responsibilities as applicable
Identify lead continuous improvement / breakthrough initiatives (e.g., automation of filings, AI-enabled risk flagging, dashboarding ftax/customs/treasury)

Digital & AI innovation mindset: able to translate opportunities practical tools adoption (automation, analytics, AI assistants)
Strong expertise in PRC tax/CIT transfer pricing; customs compliance experience required; treasury/FX compliance preferred
Strong stakeholder management communication skills; English Chinese proficiency
