2. 独立完成“前端（Flutter）+后端服务”全链路开发，设计高效数据交互方案并解决联调技术问题。
3. 参与Flutter项目架构设计，主导性能优化工作，解决UI渲染卡顿、内存泄漏、热重载稳定性等核心问题。
4. 处理Flutter在不同系统、设备的兼容性问题，通过调试工具定位并解决Crash、ANR及接口异常等线上/线下故障。
5. 负责轻量级后端服务开发（Node.js/Go微服务优先）、MySQL/Redis数据库设计与优化，实现数据存储、接口封装及业务逻辑落地。
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，基础扎实，具备1年以上Flutter实际项目开发经验，3-5年及以上全栈开发经验，实战能力优秀者可放宽学历要求。
2. 主导过至少1个中大型Flutter跨端应用（覆盖iOS/Android双端）从设计到上线的全流程，深入理解Flutter底层原理（Widget渲染、Dart运行时、Skia引擎）。
3. 精通Dart语言，能编写高效可维护代码，掌握Dart内存管理与性能优化技巧。
4. 熟练处理Flutter多端适配场景（屏幕尺寸、系统版本、原生插件交互），有Flutter/Web/桌面端开发经验者优先。
5. 全栈技术栈融合能力：前端需掌握Flutter核心组件及Provider/Bloc/GetX等状态管理框架；后端需精通主流Web框架，能独立开发部署后端服务。
6. 熟悉MySQL/Redis数据库，掌握SQL优化、缓存设计及数据一致性保障方案。
7. 能独立实现Flutter与原生（iOS/Android）混合开发，具备原生插件开发能力，可解决复杂软硬件交互场景问题。
