岗位职责：
1、负责项目的需求分析、技术方案设计，负责业务核心模块的代码框架搭建以及实现。
2.根据项目需求，进行项目开发和编码工作，并保证代码的质量和性能。
3.负责解决软件开发过程中的技术难题，并提供相应的技术支持和解决方案。
4.根据项目进度，及时报告工作进展和问题，并提出优化建议。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上java开发经验，可以接受出差。
2.熟练掌握JAVA基础支持，熟悉JVM相关原理和性能调优优先。
3.具备扎实的Java基础，精通springboot、springcloud、mybatis等开发框架，熟悉Linux操作系统和常用操作。
4.精通Oracle/MySQL等关系型数据库中任意一种；熟悉MongoDB、Redis等NoSQL数据库的使用;有良好的数据库设计和优化能力。
5、熟悉Kafka、nginx、RabbitMq、redis等中间件操作，有大数据开发经验者优先。
6.具有良好的主动沟通、表达能力及基本的文档书写能力。
7具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够承受工作压力。
