岗位职责：
1.主导公司核心业务系统的架构设计和技术选型，确保系统具备高可用性、高性能、高扩展性以及安全性。
2.带领团队完成复杂业务模块的开发任务，解决开发过程中的技术难题，对关键技术代码进行审核和指导。参与制定技术发展战略和规划，为技术团队提供明确的技术方向，结合业务需求进行技术创新和优化。
3.组建和管理技术团队，合理分配工作任务，制定团队工作计划并跟踪执行情况，确保项目按时交付。
任职要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，精通Java、Python中一种语言，具有 5年以上开发经验，其中至少 2 年以上技术组管理经验，有完整的项目从 0 到 1 的架构设计和开发管理经验。
2.有大型分布式系统、高并发系统的开发和优化经验，能够应对海量数据和高并发场景下的技术挑战。
3.熟悉微服务架构，有基于微服务架构的项目实践经验，对服务治理、熔断限流等有深入理解。
4.具备优秀的团队管理能力，能够激发团队成员的工作热情，提升团队整体战斗力。
5.有良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力，能够在跨部门项目中协调各方资源，推动项目进展。
