•日志与事件分析：利用NLP和聚类算法对海量日志进行模式挖掘、异常识别和智能聚合
2. 数据 pipeline 构建：与数据工程师协作，处理和分析海量时序数据、日志数据、链路数据等，为算法模型提供高质量的数据输入
3. 模型部署与优化：将算法模型产品化，推动模型在线上环境的部署、A/B测试和持续迭代优化，并监控其线上表现
4. 技术调研与创新：跟踪智能运维领域（AIOps）的*新学术进展和工业实践，将前沿技术应用于实际业务场景，解决真实世界的难题
任职资格
1. 硕士及以上学历优先，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数学、统计学或相关专业
2. 扎实的机器学习基础，深入理解常见算法（如线性模型、树模型、聚类、深度学习等）的原理和适用场景
3. 具备优秀的数理逻辑和数据结构基础，良好的编程能力和算法思维
4. 熟练掌握 Python、熟练使用 SQL 进行数据操作
5. 有智能运维（AIOps）、可观测性、时间序列分析等相关项目经验或实习经历
6. 在国内外顶级算法竞赛（如 Kaggle, ACM-ICPC, 天池等）中取得优异成绩
7. 有高质量的技术博客、开源项目贡献或论文发表经历
8. 对Linux操作系统、网络、分布式系统等基础知识有较好理解
