2、精通DevOps工具链和生态系统，掌握CI/CD的开源工具，例如jenkins、maven、git等；
3、熟悉主流的云服务架构，掌握微服务、虚拟化、容器、Kubernetes、Serverless、可观测、灰度发布等基本原理和应用场景，有大规模分布式系统应用架构设计相关研发经验；
4、熟悉敏捷开发流程，熟悉Scrum、精益等敏捷开发和项目管理方法论；
5、熟悉Java、C++等语言的编译和单元测试框架，熟悉Robot Framework等自动化测试框架，有全栈开发经验者优先；
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，有较强的工作责任心，能够独立思考，具备中长期规划能力和前瞻性思维。
