1.负责大语言模型/多模态模型的训练优化与微调工作，协助完成数据清洗、标注及模型评测。
2.负责基于Transformer架构和DeepSpeed、vLLM、ROLL等训练框架实现基础算法模块开发、量化，优化模型推理效率与资源消耗。
3.跟踪研究CCF A/B等前沿论文，复现SOTA算法并进行适应性改进以适配工程需要。
4.参与智能体平台研发，探索与跟进Agent、MCP、AIGC等前沿技术。
任职要求：
1.2026年应届毕业生，计算机、人工智能、电子、通信及相关专业硕士及以上学历。
2.精通Python，熟练使用PyTorch/TensorFlow框架，熟悉Hugging Face生态工具。
3.参与过LLaMA/ChatGLM/Qwen等开源模型调优，熟练掌握DeepSpeed/Megatron等至少一种分布式训练方案，熟悉Transformer、BERT、GPT等经典结构，了解模型量化、蒸馏等压缩技术。
4.良好的英文技术文档阅读能力，具备快速复现论文能力，有Kaggle/天池等竞赛获奖经历者优先。
5.对智能体技术应用有浓厚兴趣，熟悉基于Transformer的预训练语言模型（如BERT、GPT等）。
6.较强的沟通交流能力、学习能力、分析解决问题能力及团队合作精神。
