职责描述：
Effectively professionally manage Production personnel. Facilitate the efficient completion of production goals, while maintaining all established safety, quality, hygiene standards. Operate as a key member of the leadership team to establish a cohesive, efficient working environment that is conducive to achieving company goals.
 Drive continuous improvement process
 Implementation of strategic targets in production
 Production steering, control improvement; Loan cost control in production
 Planning of utilities consumables; Raw packaging material provisions
 Creation of processders; Control of production methodologies
 Control of Maintenance requirements;
 Ensure improve quality in alliance with QC/ QA
 Ensure improve personal equipment safety in alliance with SHE
 Define an set written procedures
任职要求：
 Degree/Master in Electrical Engineering related Field.
 At least 5 years of professional/Managerial working experience in PCBA/SMT/EMS process in a large production factory.
 Excellence knowledge in problem solving skills, IPC standards, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing Concept,
 Possess demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, communication interpersonal, creative thinking, problem solving, presentation, project management.
 Proficient in Vietnamese/ Mandarin/ English language both in writingal.
