1. 日常账务处理：了解中国及IFRS会计准则，负责海内外日常账务核算和对账，确保账务处理的准确合规，定期编制财务报表和合并报表，对接内外部部门或政府机构完成数据报送；
2. 账务综合解决方案出具：基于所负责的国家或公司特性，结合业务前端场景，出具账务综合解决方案，支撑业务开展；
3. 财报分析和改善：例行财报分析，并就各科目波动和余额进行监控和分析，通过内外部业界对标洞察，制定优化改善的解决方案，并推动业务解决；
4. 配合内外部审计工作：统筹所负责公司的审计事项，负责从审计选商到审计报告的出具，过程提供所需资料并落实整改建议；
5. 制度流程体系和IT系统建设：总结归纳日常工作内容，形成各类制定、流程、规则、SOP文档，通过推动IT方案输出，提升工作效率和质量。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，会计、审计或相关财务专业，持有CPA优先；
2. 3年以上账务核算经验，有制造业或四大会计事务所经验优先，高级岗位如有管理经验优先；
3. 具备较强的学习能力和跨部门协调能力，责任心和抗压能力强，对各类工作拥有较好的闭环意识；
4. 具备良好的数据分析能力及计算机应用基础，能熟练操作 office 及相关财务ERP软件；
5. 英语可作为工作语言，能接受国内外1-2周短期差旅，具备小语种（如日韩德）能力优先。
