任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业；
2. 3 年以上 DevOps/CI/CD 相关经验，熟悉常见工具链（Jenkins、GitLab CI 等），能独立配置自动化流水线；
3. 熟悉容器化技术（Docker、Kubernetes)，且有云平台部署实践；
4. 熟练编写Shell/Python脚本，具备Git版本控制管理能力；
5. 基础设施即代码（Ansible、Terraform 等）或监控体系建设实践经验者优先；
6. 有研发效能度量或看板建设实践经验，有效能工具二次开发经验者优先。
