岗位职责：
1.主要负责公司项目的后端开发工作；
2.根据需求完成后端的接口开发和维护工作，不断优化和提升用户体验;
3.参与公司微服务架构下核心业务模块的设计与开发
4.负责 Spring Cloud 相关组件的配置、开发与优化，保障服务的高可用
5.推动低代码平台在项目中的应用，进行平台定制化开发与功能扩展
6.参与系统性能优化、技术难点攻关，提升系统稳定性与可扩展性
7..与前端开发人员配合，确保代码有效对接;
8..解决开发过程中遇到的技术难题，配合产品经理和前端工程师完成需求并参与设计;
9.服从上级的工作安排，积极主动，保质保量完成工作任务。
岗位要求：
1.计算机相关专业大专及以上学历，3-5 年 Java 开发经验，具有扎实的 Java 基础
2.精通 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等微服务相关技术栈，有实际微服务项目架构设计与开发经验
3.熟悉 Spring Cloud 生态组件的使用与原理
4.熟悉分布式系统设计原则，了解分布式事务、分布式锁等解决方案
6.有与三方系统对接的经验,有企业内部管理软件或金融系统开发经验优先
7.熟悉Windows或Linux平台下的JAVA应用开发、服务器系统及应用软件安装、设置、优化、安全和维护等工作；
