岗位职责:
1.负责Java平台的软件开发，参与软件的需求调研，架构设计、数据库设计，功能模块开发。
2.根据项目需求和项目经理的安排情况，自觉制定功能开发计划，并进行跟踪实施。
3.进行软件的bug调试和故障排障，确保软件产品和功能模块的质量和运行性能。
4.与团队成员认真沟通合作，确保软件项目的顺利上线部署进行。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备3年以上Java项目的开发、设计和架构经验，有实际的项目实战经验。
2、具有优秀的编程能力，技术能力扎实，精通JAVA编程语言。
3、熟悉常见设计模式，分布式系统开发，掌握常见的架构模式，熟悉spring、spring boot、mybatis等常见框架，具备独立完成系统分析、系统设计、搭建架构的能力，能够设计复杂业务、高并发、数据分析统计的系统。
4、熟练NoSql、MQ，Redis等常用中间件技术。
5、了解IT运维系统、云计算、人工智能等新兴技术的应用和发展趋势。
6、有较强的逻辑思维能力，具备良好的解决问题能力，乐于研究技术，探索技术原理，责任心强。
