1. 深入理解云控平台产品需求，参与需求讨论，确保对需求的准确把握。
2. 根据需求进行系统设计，编写高质量的代码，实现功能模块。
3. 参与云控平台架构设计及评审，组织架构技术验证和评估。
4. 参与代码评审，确保代码质量和规范性；编写测试用例，进行单元测试和集成测试。
5. 协助进行系统部署，参与线上问题的排查和解决，确保系统稳定运行。
6. 能够带领2-5人的小型研发团队，负责团队的研发组织、技术指导和工作质量保证。
任职要求：
1、计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.拥有3年以上研发经验，精通Java开发语言和Java常用框架，如Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Cloud、Spring Boot、Mybatis、Dubbo、Quarz、FreeMark、POI等。
3.熟悉对象/内存模型，了解JVM垃圾回收机制，对多线程有深刻的理解。
4.熟悉软件开发流程，熟悉常用的工作流工具，如Maven、Git、SVN等。
5.熟悉主流的数据库如MySQL、Oracle、DB2、SqlServer等，对MySQL索引机制、锁机制、存储机制有深刻的理解，能编写高效SQL并具备SQL调优能力。
6.熟悉常见的缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和解决方案，如Redis、Kafka、Nginx、HaProxy等。
7.具备合作精神，能和不同的模块、不同的系统、不同的部门配合。
8.思路清晰，善于思考，有良好的沟通能力，能独立分析和解决问题。
