Responsibilities:
Cloud product upgrade execution, include network health check, MoP document preparation, upgrade execution trouble shooting. The product includes but not limited to Ericsson Openstack cloud, Software Defined infrastructure (SDI) Kubernetes based Cloud Container Distribution (CCD) etc
Prepare Network Impact Report according to customer solution requirement.
Use upgrade assets to conduct upgrade executions summarize issue resolutions record in upgrade standard assets.
Hold knowledge sharing session to all other upgrade engineers to share the issue work around resolutions.
Plan present an upgrade solution to customer.
Engage with global customers ftechnical discussion, workshop, etc.
Knowledge sharing to other colleagues.

Key Qualifications:
Education: Academic degree, on Bachellevel, in Computer Science Engineering (IT, Telecom).
Familiar with Linux administration (such as Redhat, CentOS, Ubuntu) Shell scripting
Good knowledge about IP networking
Experienced in Openstack, Container/K8S deployment fnetwork design, integration, upgrade, testing troubleshooting
Good communication skills teamwork spirit
Good English skill, both writing speaking
Experience on common Programing Languages like Python is preferred
Night-shift over-time is required sometimes in terms of upgrade delivery
