必须具备大模型辅助开发经验，了解提示词工程、模型调用、RAG 优先；
有数字人项目经验优先：虚拟人驱动、TTS/ASR、口型同步、直播推流、视频合成等；
具备需求拆解、方案设计、项目组织推进能力，能独立负责模块落地。
