Responsibilities:

61You need to support drive Zero accident absolute safety mentality. Lead the follow-up on all accidents safety related audit findings. Lead the follow-up react to all environmental incidents. Identify drive elimination of unsafe conditions. Lead the team to observe deal in a consistent way with unsafe behaviour. 61You need to assist in production safety audits, follow. up on all issues. Drive 100% compliance to all procedures working instructions. Drive 100% layered process audit compliance

61Fthe HPT, you are responsible to lead manage cost by managing worked hours overtime within targets. Level resources between shifts, promote flexibility, identify high potentials. Manage shift individual performance. Review evaluations done on shifts discuss promotions with group leaders. Responsible fall manning production related issues 24/7

61You are requst to provide support from a people perspective, to drive waste to below target. Follow up on all incidents (feedback from operators). Absolute Quality mentality. Assist in 8D reporting (Incident follow. up). Assist in waste meetings on a regular basis.

61You are also requst to drive continuous improvement process to improve OEE. Drive WPO. Be a TPM leader.

Qualifications:

61You with a Bachelors Degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, a related field.

61You are able to communicate in English in a fluent way.

61You with rich manufactory management experience, both in production reliability area.

61You with tire industry experience would be a plus.

61You are a faster learner with resilience to find ways to solve problems.
