【职位描述】

What Youll Do

You will be responsible fautomation System Support & Integration, including design mechanical components, assemblies, jigs, fixtures automation machine structures 3D models 2D engineering drawings with CAD software; follow GD&T company standards. Prepare BOM, part specifications engineering documentation support new production line installation, commissioning mechanical setup.

You will also be responsible to troubleshoot mechanical failures, vibration, alignment wear issues on production equipment conduct root cause analysis, implement modification continuous improvement.

You will be responsible fRobotics, Ergonomics & Safety, including implement robotic solutions that improve efficiency reduce manual handling apply ergonomic principles conduct safety checks to ensure compliance with standards regulations.

You will be responsible fSystem Optimization & Continuous Improvement, including monitsystem performance identify opportunities fimprovement using data analysis Lean principles assist in developing SOPs training materials foperators maintenance teams.

You will be responsible fSupplier coordination & Technical evaluation including set up automation requirements to ensure supplier understdevelop the right solutions. Collaborate support automation suppliers integrators to resolve technical issues validate solutions.

What Were Looking for

You with bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering related discipline.

Your experience in automotive / tire / industrial automation industry would be a plus.

You with good English communication.

You with proficient in CAD design software(SolidWorks/Creo/Revit/AutoCAD).

You with basic understanding of DFM, tolerance stack-up mechanical failure analysis.

You with familiarity with safety standards fautomated systems.

You with ability to interpret technical documentation apply structured problem-solving techniques.

You with effective communication collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
