岗位职责：
1、拜访客户，为销售提供专业技术支持，通过技术层面的沟通和知识分享与客户建立良好的伙伴关系，并可以把客户端问题需求整理出相关报告；
2、从技术角度分析客户需求，判别客户设计的难点，分析问题并提供专业的解决方案，推荐合适的产品实现客户方案的设计和量产；
3、跟踪市场/客户技术方案发展方向，在月度报告中进行汇报；与销售同事合作组织研讨会，以加强业务发展，及时汇报并快速响应客户需求； 4、收集客户反馈意见，制定市场需求，反馈给销售，跟踪其进展和市场反应并促成销售团队实现Design-in；
岗位要求： 1、电子类相关专业大学本科及以上；
2、在电力电子设计或应用领域至少3年以上工作经验，熟悉功率器件相关知识；有碳化硅MOS，IGBT或第三代半导体技术支持经验；
3、有电源、UPS、充电桩、储能、光伏等开发相关经验优先；
4、拥有较强的沟通表达能力，拥有上进心；
5、能接受出差。
