Responsibilities:
• Develop execute annual business plans to achieve assigned sales quotas activity goals.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts set targets fproduct mix, sales volume, market share, business development. Continuously monitperformance adjust strategies in response to market changes.
• Deepen understanding of company solutions competitive differentiators to effectively position offerings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., presales, client services) to ensure sales activities align with corporate goals enhance client satisfaction retention.
• Build maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal external stakeholders through consistent performance exceeding expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree higher.
• Min. 10 years of sales experience in service outsourcing.
• Proven financial acumen business development innovation with solid ITO/BPO industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting exceeding revenue targets; experience in strategic account planning securing large clients.
• Fluent in English (both written spoken); proficiency in Cantonese is a must.
• Excellent presentation written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Greater Bay Area client landscape.
