主要职责 / 交付成果

参与系统架构讨论，推动安全、可扩展和高性能的设计方案落地。

任职要求
精通 JavaScript、TypeScript 及现代前端开发框架。
具备扎实的 UI/UX 设计体系与工具实践经验（如 Figma）。
熟悉前端技术栈，包括 Next.js、React、Vue、Angular、RESTful API 以及实时流处理。
在企业级或关键任务环境中，至少拥有 8 年 UI/UX 开发实战经验。
能够设计安全、可扩展且具有弹性的系统架构。
具备较强的分析思维，以及出色的问题解决、沟通和人际交往能力。
有 Java、Spring Framework 及消息系统等后端技术经验者优先。
拥有构建与支持关键金融平台或高可用系统的实际经验。
自我驱动，乐于学习新技术，能独立开展工作。
