Job Responsibilities

61 Monitoring China market dynamics set strategy fnuclear KOB3 business.
61 Sales channel management, clear direction target set flocal business partners (LBP) based on Emerson KOB3 strategy.
61 KOB3 funnel management to ensure accurate SOP numbers, achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
61 Working with LBPs faccount management plan development follow-up to develop long-term cooperation mode with customers
61 Process development by working with internal/external teams fKOB3 work standardization.
61 Booking numbers monitoring analyzing fbusiness plan development
61 Working with LBPs internal teams fon-site issue solving
61 Other work assigned

Basic Qualifications

61 Engineering degree preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering materials.
61 3+ years’ experience in instrument, automation, engineer process industry. Experience in valve sales nuclear industry is preferred.
61 Strategy implement business.
61 Good PC literate, interpersonal, effective communication teamwork skills
61 Occupational Health Safety Acumen

Competency

61 Customer service/Sales/Negotiation skills ability to work under pressure.
61 Problem solving coordinate skills, Ability to planganize.
61 Willing to travel frequently on business work.
61 Strong interpersonal communication skills in both Mandarin English.
