Job Description:

The Strategy Head will report to the Client Leader support on key business priorities, namely:

• Data-led insights – delivering business, market, platform, audience insights that lead to key implications on our client’s business
• Best practice – tracking optimizing landing of investment planning principles best practice across teams developing thought leadership
• Team empowerment – mentoring younger talents in the team shaping the next generation of strategists

Requirements:

You will have experience in media planning / integrated planning have solid experience with use of data-led tools solutions. You will also have experience in developing supporting on brannual planning crafting entries findustry awards.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English, Chinese) have a natural curiosity fthe latest market trends, whilst bringing a positive attitude to the team as the role also involves mentorship of younger talents in the team.

10years & above of work experience required. Experience in beauty, luxury, similar categories is beneficial.

Measures of success:

In 30 days…

- You will have learnt applied our internal processes groupe’s proprietary products
- You will have a firm understanding of our client’s business divisions priorities
- You will have successfully led a project independently with the younger talents in the team
- You will have connected collaborated smoothly with other key stakeholders, such as SP Directors

In 90 days…

- You will have supported in developing landing strategic planning frameworks across the business
- You will have successfully led larger projects independently with younger talents in the team
- You will have built solid relationships with key stakeholders in the SP teams other cross-functional teams

In 1 year…

• You would have become a trusted partner to our clients the OneL’Oréal teams
• Are actively sharing best practice with our clients across our agency – evidenced by creation of thought leadership internal presentations
• Have landed the team’s use of data insights in the planning – this must be visible in the key deliverables
• Have elevated the team – their work, capabilities, review scores will be testament to your leadership
• Success will be measured by an increase in our clients’ scores in the annual agency review
