3. 税务与外汇合规：统筹跨境税务，熟悉欧美、东南亚VAT政策，负责VAT申报、出口退税等，跟踪汇率、核算汇兑损益，规避税务及外汇风险。
4. 库存与资金管理：对接海外仓，核算库存成本、定期盘点确保账实相符；监控资金流向，优化配置，为资金调度提供建议。
5. 报表与决策支持：编制财务报表及跨境业务专项报表，拆解数据、挖掘痛点，为管理层及业务端提供决策支撑。
6. 流程优化与合规：梳理优化跨境财务流程，解决业务财务痛点；归档资料，配合内外部审计及税务稽查，保障合规。
7. 业务协同与风控：参与新品定价、促销测算，评估财务可行性；预警财务风险，协同整改，助力业务健康发展。
任职要求
1. 学历与资质：本科及以上，会计、财管等相关专业，持会计从业资格证、CPA/ACCA优先，财务功底扎实。
2. 行业经验：2年以上跨境电商财务BP或资深会计经验，熟悉跨境平台财务逻辑及业务模式，能快速对接业务。
3. 专业能力：精通欧美、东南亚VAT政策，具备出口退税、外汇结算等实操经验；熟练使用财务软件及Excel函数，了解跨境ERP优先。
4. 语言能力：英语读写良好，能独立处理英文财务文件及海外税务资料，具备基础英语沟通能力优先。
5. 综合素养：具备业财融合思维及数据敏感度，能从业务视角解读财务数据；细心负责，沟通协调及抗压能力强，适应行业快节奏。
6. 加分项：有跨境多平台财务支撑经验、熟悉海外合规细节、有流程优化落地案例者优先。
