二、岗位职责
1. 价格与付款审核（核心风控）：依据市场行情、历史价格及BOM成本，审核采购订单/合同单价，拦截异常高价；结合合同、验收单及发票，审核供应商周付款申请，确保“业、财、票”一致，防范资金风险。
2. 降本绩效管理（业财分析）：核算采购员降本数据（实际vs年度预算），出具绩效达成报告；跟踪采购负责人控本计划，评估其可行性及对财务预算的影响。
3. 供应商数据监控（SRM方向）：收集供应商质量、交期、成本数据；维护供应商储备库健康度，预警供应风险；参与新供应商准入评审，提供财务尽调意见。
4. 专项成本与库存管理：核算管控新品打样费用，防止成本转嫁失控；协同仓库、PMC，分析呆滞料、库存周转率及资金占用，推动长库龄物料处理。
三、任职资格
1. 学历专业：大专及以上，财务、会计、统计、物流管理或理工科背景。
2. 工作经验：2年以上采购跟单、采购开发、成本会计或采购助理经验，有财务中心/采购成本组经验者优先。
3. 工具技能：精通Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP、SUMIFS）；熟悉ERP系统（金蝶、用友、SAP等）采购及库存模块。
4. 核心能力：数据敏感度强，能快速识别异常；具备严谨原则性，可有效监督采购环节；沟通清晰，能准确传递财务规则。
