Responsibilities
1. Align China government affairs priorities with business strategy operations.
2. Establish governance frameworks procedures fgovernment interactions to ensure compliance effectiveness.
3. Enhance the companys positioning visibility with Chinese government stakeholders via forums, industry associations, conferences.
4. Provide actionable policy insights guidance to country leadership key functions.
5. Partner with Global Government Affairs to translate regulatory developments clear insights fheadquarters.
6. Coordinate government engagement across all China business units to support growth, compliance, operational excellence.
7. Anticipate policy geopolitical risks advise leadership on mitigation strategies.

Requirements
1. Bachelors degree above; 10+ years in government external affairs.
2. Experience in automotive, technology, related industries preferred.
3. Strong analytical, writing, business judgment skills.
4. Experience advising executive-level leaders on policy regulatory issues.
5. Experience tracking analyzing policy/regulatory developments.
6. Awareness of geopolitical issues impacting business at the country/regional level.
7. Excellent presentation communication skills (verbal written).
8. Proactive, independent, able to work under pressure.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
11. English proficiency is a must.
12. Willing to travel up to 25%.
