2、熟练使用Struts、Spring、Mybatis、JDBC等相关后端框架和技术；
3、熟悉常用前端Jsp,Css,Html、Js、Jquery等相关前端框架和技术；
4、熟练使用SQL语句，有Oracle，SQL SERVER，MySQL关系型数据库的开发经验；
5、有钻研精神，热爱研发工作，工作认真负责，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，具有较强的学习能力和实际动手能力，能胜任在压力下工作。
